Terraza Del Sol is "home" for me and has been for almost 3 years. Moving into an apartment was not easy, as I have always been a homeowner but the transistion was made easier by the friendly staff.

We are new residents at Terraza Del Sol and we like the apartments very much! It's very peaceful and quiet and the other residents seem polite and respectful. The leasing staff is very nice. I'd definitely recommend these apartments to anyone looking in the area. The attached garage is also a big plus! It's very spacious and convenient.

Over the past three years, I have been overjoyed to be a part of the Terraza DelSol community. The leasing office staff have always been open to hear any concerns I have had, and have met my needs in the most expeditious and friendly manner possible. Adriana has been personally approachable, professional and understanding when it comes to my concerns. She and her team work consistently to improve our property, and always have the residents

I've had the pleasure of living here for over 10 years. I've seen wonderful managers come and go, Adriana however, our lovely new manager, has changed things for the better and I wanted you to know. The property itself looks like it's had the most marvelous facelift. Heaven knows it needed it. We residents speak amogst ourselves and are so thoroughly impressed with the job she's done to date. We now feel lucky to reside here again. We are all so incredibly pleased to drive through these gates.
