Our community is located within the Central School District and Chaffey Joint Union High School District. 

Amenities

All our units come with attached garages. We also have additional open parking and offer detached garages
(additional fees apply). 

Our Amenities include Easy Freeway Access, Mountain Views, Access Controlled Community, 24-Hour
Maintenance, On-site Resident Services & Events, that offer Team Community building experiences, Courtesy
Patrol, Detached Garages & Assigned Parking Available, Putting Green, Pool & Spa, Grilling Areas, Picnic Tables in
Garden-style Gazebo, Animal Clean-Up Stations, Fitness Center & Outside Exercise Stations, Visa/Mastercard
payments accepted via our Resident portal. 

The pool, spa, and fitness center are open daily from 9 AM-10 PM. 

Yes, our community is pet friendly. We have no weight restrictions but do have breed restrictions. Please contact
us for more details. 

All our units come with a range, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, washer, and dryer.  Please visit our Amenities page to learn more. 

Unfortunately, we currently do not offer furnished units. 

Maintenance

We take great pride in our community. Our Team inspects the unit once vacant for any needed improvements
such as maintenance repairs, painting, cleaning, and installation/cleaning of flooring. During this process, the unit
is periodically inspected to ensure that nothing is missed and your unit is ready prior to your move-in. 

No, you do not have to be present, however, you must give us permission to enter. The only time management
will enter without permission is when it involves an emergency such as flooding, fire, electrical, etc. We always
attempt to reach out to our residents prior to entering . 

Yes, we have Maintenance onsite. We also have 24-hour Emergency Maintenance line for emergencies such as flooding, no power, fire,etc. 

You can place a work order by calling our leasing office Monday- Saturday from 9 am-6 pm. You can also place
work orders online through our resident portal or by sending a text message to 1(415)692-3387. If your work order
is a maintenance emergency please call 1(800)229-8589

If you are locked out during business hours you can call or come into the leasing office. After-hours may require
you to call a locksmith. We highly recommend always having an extra set of keys nearby such as with a family
member. 

Administrative

Applications normally take 72 hours to receive final approval but may vary.

You can pay rent via our online resident portal or in person with personal check or money order. 

Yes, you will are required to purchase Renters Insurance. 

Spectrum is our local provider. However, if you find a provider that can service you in the area you can decide
what provider best fits your needs.  

Yes, you can always request to be released from your lease. Please note that penalty fees do apply. 

Prior to your move in you will be given a Welcome letter. The Welcome Letter will provide you all the information
you will need to set up utilities prior to move in. 

No utilities are included in the rent. 

In order to qualify as a tenant, you must have verifiable monthly income equivalent to at least 2 1/2 times the monthly rent. 

All applicants must provide proof of income equivalent to 2 1/2 times the monthly rent in order to help the chance of approval.
